Active Reading-Characters:Chapter Six

Arcadio: Aureliano's son is weird. For he tries to sleep with his mother and seems to rule with cruelty. It's as if he has qualities of his father yet witha twist.

You provided excellent insight with your explanation of themes. I especially like your discussion of discovering the charaters' real sides. I'd like to think that the characters are mutli-dimensional, much like people are. Just when you think you know who they are, they change, for better or worse.

I'm glad that you've been able to move past the first few paragraphs of this book.

One suggestions: The color and background of the blog blend in and make it difficult to read. consider changing one or the other (probably font color). Thanks!
